In this follow-up to their 1971 series "Persuaders!", two best friends, English gentleman Lord Brett Sinclair and American playboy Danny Wilde, investigate who and why is trying to fix the Formula 1 race that Danny is involved with. What at first seems like a push from the local gangsters to get with the program turns out to be a wide conspiracy involving the Scotland Yard, Soviet spies and a lot of money.
