A collaborative and ground-breaking 6-part series about the culture and history of the iconoclastic state of Vermont. Several dozen award-winning Vermont filmmakers came together to make a multi-part series about the state that first abolished slavery and gave rights to gay and lesbians to form Civil Unions. Filmmaker Nora Jacobson initiated the project and edited together the multiple stories contributed by the other filmmakers, who include Jay Craven, Alan Dater and Lisa Merton, Bill Stetson, Dorothy Tod, Deb Ellis, Art Bell, and many others.
