Biography
Andrea Sbarbaro was born in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milan) on December 21st 1998.
In 2018 he wrote and directed his first short film “Hypochondria”, winner of several national and international awards, including best student film at the Brazil Monthly International Film Festival.
In 2020 he directed his second short film, "Hikikomori", presented in competition at the Cefalù Film Festival.
The same year he graduated in Film and Television Direction at the Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti.
In 2021 he directed two short films: “The Human Implant" starring Giovanni Storti and Teresa Acerbis and “Vae Victis”, shot entirely in a long take.
