Finlay Mayhew is a 'Council Of Balds' member and a frequent collaborator of the Xuan-Production's media company. He is best known for his acting role as 'The Stalker', which he helped write and develop the backstory of, he will be an integral role in the future Xuan-Verse films. Finlay is also known to help out with camera-work and helping out with scripts on projects.
