Ian McDonough (born November 24th, 2003) is a writer/director known mostly for his work on YouTube as Ian Channel Studios. In 2016, at the age of 14, Ian won the global Star Wars short film competition GoRogue with his entry titled One Force. He has written, directed, and starred in five additional short films and has written a feature-length screenplay titled For Kira. In 2019, he attended the Anderson University Filmmaker's Camp at Anderson University, where he helped write and star in the short film 'Insured.' Ian hopes to go to college for filmmaking and one day focus exclusively on screenwriting and directing.
