Biography
Aleksei Sharanin is a Russian actor and television host born on April 7, 1982, in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow State University of Culture and Arts in 2006.
In 2011, Sharanin started his TV career as a host of the "Good Morning" show (section "Useful Tips") on Channel One Russia (Perviy Kanal). He is also a singer and has showcased his improvisational acting skills at the Moscow Theater of Literary Improvisation from 2011 to 2012.
Aleksei has appeared in various music videos, including "Bluff" by the band "Bi-2". In 2013, he played in sketch comedies "Zaytsev Sisters: Welcome to Russia" by Grigory Gasparian and in "Oskolkovo 2" by Roman Doronin.
Aleksei Sharanin became a member of the Guild of Russian Film Actors in 2021 and, in 2023, joined the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. In 2023 he played the role of the Newspeak author in Diana Ringo's film "1984."
