Statistically, Mixed Martial Arts is the fastest growing sport in the World. Although critics will be quick to point out that the perception of 2 humans "going at it" for 15 minutes trying to workout how to hurt their opponent sufficiently enough to stop the fight is just not a sport. Arguably the time, effort and discipline required by these athletes coupled with the will to win does make a good case for the argument it is a sport.
