John is an production executive working for a financially struggling movie studio, bringing hit franchises to the screen like 'Transmodifiers.' After dealing with an uncooperative director, John gets a call from the head of the studio demanding an emergency meeting as soon as possible. When John arrives, he realizes that the meeting also involves his former writing partner, Nathan, with whom he had a serious falling out with. The two realize that due to the financial problems of the studio, it is more than likely that one of them will be fired! The two squabble amongst themselves as who it should be. After getting nowhere, Nathan decides that it's time to choose for themselves, who stays and who goes.
