Kinski plays a retired doctor and jealous husband who returns with his wealthy wife (Katia Christian) to her family castle. He discovers his late father-in-law's basement laboratory, and angry at the attention his wife is paying to an old boyfriend, starts messing around and somehow turns himself into a slobbering, sex-crazed monster!
