This film consists of two tales of time travel, combining science fiction characters with actual historical figures. Hexum stars as Phineas Bogg, a time traveler who teams up with an orphan named Jeff. They visit important people from history as they try to get home, while at the same time not altering the path of history (ala Quantum Leap).
