Since 6 years the German Dr. Frank Hofmann is doctor and manager in an hospital on the Philippine Islands. This soap depicts his and his co-workers lives and loves and small excitements, set up in a beautiful landscape. When the French lawyer Valentine learns about Hofmann's whereabout from a newspaper article, he takes the next plane to take bloody revenge - he believes Hofmann's incompetence was the cause his wife and child had to die several years ago.
